Something in your house that isn't where it should be
For this one, there are actually a lot of items that would fit. I was walking around the house trying to figure out which item I was going to take a picture of when I walked into the family room and found this...
Yes, Doodlebug is now mobile and finding all kinds of new things to play with. I have a feeling that this is definitely not the last time the videos and DVD's will come off the shelves.
Food that you have in your house that you never eat (or drink):
Here's a variety... the cereal and chex mix belong to the DH, the Hash belongs to the teenager (Gag... also, I buy him way more stuff than this, but it's the end of the week and his stuff is normally gone within 48 hours of hitting the house.) Can you guess who the Star Puffs, Biter Biscuits, Juice and Food belong to? Hmmm, maybe I should take stock in Gerber. Goood thing Ryan didn't suggest posting what's in the house that I do eat and drink, it would have taken way too many pictures to get all of that stuff.
Something you broke, but kept it:
I immediately had several thoughts on this one...
1) The teenager - He must be broke as he doesn't work very well? BWAHAHAHAHA
2) A Christmas Ornament - My DH and I buy a special dated Le Bien ornament every year. I dropped one of the and the back of it broke, but the front where the picture is didn't. I still hang it every year and just turn it so that no one notices. (No picture as the thought of rooting through the xmas stuff in the basement was just way too much.)
3) This is one of my most favorite musicals and movies in the world. When my DH gave it too me, I was soooooo excited. When I went to put it on my cedar chest, one of the candles broke. Luckily, it was down in a little holder and I was able to fix it with some super glue. I would have kept it even if it wasn't able to be glued.
4) This is the corner of Doodlebug's Chest. I was rearraging her furniture and I was pushing this into place when the back leg snapped off. The really sad part is that I ended up putting all of the furniture back in it's original spot. I just moved the diaper genie next to this leg so that no one notices.
OK, I played how about you???

Yea, I make it a habit not to be conscious at 9:30 on Saturdays. Or Sundays. Or any other day I can manange.
I love the doodlebug in the movies. My daughter used to do that too. I had them in alphabetical order (KGrams would be jealous) until the princess became mobile.

EA - yes, it is a common problem with teenagers.
Yes, they are both YUK!!!
I think she is the most adorable baby in the world, even when she is into something. Am I biased?
P.S. you know I love the Gingerbread man thing.
teh - I'm with ya on the time thing, unfortunately, Doodlebug likes to get up by 7:15 on Sat mornings. Bwaaaaa
Mine were also in alpha order until last night. I'm trying to decide if I should keep putting them back that way or just let them go for now.
